How to loose calories without a diet control.

The whole world has gone “low fat” crazy -- and most people think that if they just begin eating low fat foods then their bodies will have less fat too.

            The truth is that our body can convert any type of calorie to fat tissue, not just fat calories. Likewise, if we eat a huge bowl of white rice at every single meal then we’d soon gain fat tissue on our body – but yet this is a fat free food too.
            Most people believe that the fastest way to lose weight is to cut way back on calories each day.

            Actually this is not exactly true.

             In fact, if we try to cut our calories too much (via starving   and skipping meals) then we'll quickly reach a dieting "plateau" (a point where the scale refuses to drop any lower no matter how little we eat).

            Most starvation dieters cannot make the scale go down anymore after just two weeks of dieting. They all hit a “plateau” where the scale just refuses to go down any further, no matter how little they are eating each day. 

We eat mainly three types of calories each day.

First, there is protein... 
Next, there are carbohydrates (carbs)... 
And finally there are fat calories...

             The fact is that our body doesn't pay attention to how many daily calories we take, but rather our body pays attention to how much of each type  of calorie that we consume.

            Certain types of fat calories can speed up weight loss believe it or not, while other types of "fat free foods" will actually make us overweight if we eat them too often.

            The truth is that “serious” weight loss can never be achieved by starvation dieting.

            Serious weight loss can only be achieved by giving our body the right types of calories at the correct times each day. If we begin eating fat burning foods (which keep our blood sugar level stable throughout the day) then our energy will be steady all day long, we'll have plenty of energy and we won't ever feel tired of lethargic.

           Food is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the food that we eat can either make us thin or fat.   We don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth.  We get fat because we don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

            We have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact.  And guess what?   We can get slim by eating the right food at the right intervals each day.
